Commercial Interior/Exterior Renovations at CRREL

SmartATI was the chosen general contractor for this project that included renovations of a commercial/industrial space to build out an unfinished basement at the Cold Regions Research and Engineering Lab in Hanover, NH. Work included demolition and upgrades to HVAC system in the SCIF area, interior renovations and finishes of multiple rooms, offices, storage, and bathrooms. SmartATI’s team self-performed the framing, sheetrock, mudding, taping, painting, door frame installations and more. Other features of work included the insulation, plumbing, and electrical installation.
