SmartATI was honored to be the contractor of choice to provide historical renovations to the beautiful Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller mansion and carriage barn in Woodstock, VT.  This amazing property was left in the care of the National Park Service as an educational center and tourist attraction.  SmartATI’s team was tasked with restoring exterior and interior surfaces on three historical structures: the Mansion, Carriage Barn, and Bowling Alley. Specifications included the painting of exterior and interior finishes, replacement of ceilings, fence work, and the replacement of an EPDM membrane roof and more.
